Join Me Thursday, 1/29/26 for a Community Workshop on Family Disaster Mental Health
I’ll be speaking next Thursday, January 29th, from 3:00–4:00 PM (online) as part of a public workshop hosted by the Oʻahu Resilience Hub.
We’ll be exploring Family Disaster Mental Health — how families can prepare psychologically for disasters, not just logistically. Because resilience isn’t only about supplies and evacuation routes. It’s about how families regulate stress, make decisions under pressure, and support one another when things get hard.
This session is open to all and especially relevant for:
• Parents and caregivers
• Mental health and healthcare professionals
• Educators and community leaders
• Anyone thinking seriously about climate resilience and disaster preparedness

Grateful to the Oʻahu Resilience Hub for creating space for these conversations. Strong families are critical infrastructure.
Hope to see you there.
