SCCS recommends the links below, and we do our best to verify them, but we are not IT specialists. We encourage clients and potential clients to protect themselves and their computers by having adequate virus/malware software protection, researching any suspicious links or apps, and by using a Virtual Private Network (VPN), to name a few suggestions.

To alleviate barriers that hamper access to care during COVID-19, SCCS currently accepts client forms via standard mail, email, fax, and even screenshots (but please coordinate first before texting).

Kami offers a free Google Chrome extension to sign PDFs digitally, if needed.
